Hi, I’m Jillian Speranza
and I run Omorphia Retreats. I’m so glad you are here!
If you’ve gotten this far on my website, you may be wondering who I am and how Omorphia got started. Well, first and foremost, I am a child of God, a Princess of Heaven and a co-creator with the ultimate creator (aka an artist). It has taken a long time for me to engage in and appreciate all of these titles and, long story short, I built Omorphia to help others understand these titles in themselves as well.
While I was a senior studying Fine Arts at Kutztown University, a friend asked what I wanted to do with my degree. My dream was to work as a Photographer for National Geographic which was actually seeming to line up, but he wanted to know what I would do if that didn’t work out. I hadn’t thought much about it since that had been my goal all along. I figured I would do something with stained glass though I had no training in the matter.
Soon enough, I found that God had other plans than for me to go to Africa and play with lions and elephants. He wanted me in events… what?! If it weren’t for that change of direction, I would not have met my husband or have started this great ministry. Over the years, He placed me in more and more event positions while the love of creativity was still on my heart.
In 2022, I was offered to go to a beautiful conference called GIVEN where God used my action plan to marry my love for creativity with my growing knack for event planning and thus Omorphia was born. Since then, it has been a growing adventure involving faith, family, and friends evolving it into the ministry it is today.
I live in Allentown with my amazing husband Ben, and my two wonderfully joy-filled little boys, Tobias and Jacob who make my life a living adventure each day.
